The hotel's facilities for children are great with an amazing kids' club and lots of activities to keep them entertained. the staff, in general, is very friendly and the hotel's cleanliness is impressive. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good view of the surrounding scenery.

The language barrier can be an issue when attempting to communicate with the staff.

During our recent trip to Bavaria, my family and I had a great experience at a hotel we stayed at. The cleanliness of the hotel was one of the best aspects. Our room was spotless, and all facilities were well-maintained. the kids’ facilities were fantastic with lots of activities for them to enjoy. The hotel was situated in a prime location with excellent accessibility to nearby attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

We found some aspects a bit disappointing. Despite the variety in the food, the absence of much-invented children’s meal for a more extended stay can be monotonous, especially for families with picky eaters.

Had a nice time during New Year's Eve. The fireworks display was fantastic and the hot chocolate was a great way to warm up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for exploring the area.

The food was not up to standard. There were limited options and it was the same thing every day. The staff were not very welcoming and seemed to be bothered by our presence. The kids club was canceled on certain days and it was a hassle to make alternative arrangements. not a very enjoyable experience.
